Virginia "Ginny" Hinton
Virginia "Ginny" Hinton, 90, passed away on Monday, December. 27, 2010, at her home in Talent, Ore. She was born to Anthony Vignali and Lucia Rocco,in New York, N.Y., on October 6, 1920. On February 28, 1959, in New York, N.Y., she married David Schalk Hinton, who preceded her in death on November 8, 2001. She worked as a legal executive secretary. Ginny was a member of Bellvue Grange Toastmasters, of Ashland, Ore.,for 25 years, as well as the Master Gardner, of Medford, Ore., Drama Dialogue Group, of Ashland, Talent and Brookings, Talent Lions Club and the Ashland Elks. Ginny is survived by her daughtcr, Shirley Bunger, of Beloit, Kansas.; sister, Joan Vignali, of Jackson Heights, New York; nephew, William Bergman, L.A., Calif.; grandchildren, Teri Bell and Jefftey Bunger; great grandchildren, Brandwyn and Derek Bell, and Kyleigh Bunger; and one great-great grandchild, Anna Bunger. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 8,2011, at 2:00 p.m., at the Talent Community Center, 204 Talent St., Talent, Ore. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a non-profit legal aid or your favorite charity.
