Virginia Bradbury Bell

Virginia Bradbury Bell, suffered a stroke and passed away December 07, 2011 in Gold Hill Oregon. She was 93 years of age.
Frances Virginia Bradbury the youngest of four children was born January 15, 1918 to Newton Wilkins Bradbury and Frances Anna Pratt Bradbury, in Fillmore California. Her mother died when she was about 2 years old. Virginia was raised by her maternal grandparents Fredrick and Adelia Pratt in the Los Angeles, California area.
Virginia graduated from Canoga Park High School, Canoga Park, CA. June 19, 1936. She married Harold George Bell in Vancouver, Washington on February 20, 1942, they later moved to Grants Pass, Oregon where they lived for many years. Harold passed away on November 4, 1976. Virginia continued to live in Grants Pass where she worked as an Avon Representative until 1992 when she moved to Gold Hill, Oregon.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Harold Bell, her older sister Wilma Herzog Engle of San Dimas, CA., her older brother William Elliott Bradbury of Rush Valley, UT., her older sister Thelma Conner Webster of Gold Hill, OR. and two nieces Caroline Bradbury Westergaard of Fairfax, CA. and Dorothy Conner of San Carlos, CA.
She is survived by 3 nephews and 2 nieces, Robert Herzog of Glendora, CA., Stephen Conner of Eugene, OR., William Bradbury of Rush Valley UT., Eleanor Frances Conner Herting of Naknek, AK., Margaret Jean Conner Ludlow of Bremerton, WA. and 14 grand nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Donald Webster of Gold Hill, OR. her primary care giver. Virginia will be cremated and her ashes scattered per her request.
A memorial service will be held 3:00pm Tuesday December 13, 2011 in the Fireside Room of Community Bible Church 500 N. 10th Street Central Point, Or 97502 (541) 664-5576 Hillcrest memorial Park & Mortuary are in care of arrangements. www.hillcrestmortuary.com
