Stanley Wayne Rugh
Stanley Wayne Rugh, died quietly Monday, June 25th, 2007 in Hearthstone Nursing Facility at the age of 97.
Born March 17, 1910 in Scotland County, Missouri, he married Grace Opal Harvey in 1932 and they had one daughter, Patricia Ann.
He was beloved and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Living most of his adult life in Claremont, Calif., where he once was the proprietor of the Friendly Corner Gas Station, he eventually became a mail carrier in the City of Claremont, where he worked until retirement.
Stanley and Grace loved to travel, go camping and fishing and shared their love with their daughter and grandchildren.
He has been preceded in death by his wife, Grace Rugh; daughter, Patricia Ann Johnson; and his three brothers, Hollis, Emil, and Gene Rugh.
He will be greatly missed by his surviving grandchildren Michael, Susan and Scott Irving and great-grandchildren Andrew, O'Rion, Isaiah and Gillian Irving.
