Ruth Ann (Joseph) Burns, age 82 years, passed peacefully at her home with her by her side on Saturday, May 30, 2020. She was born July 23, 1937 in Portland, OR to parents Samual Y. Smith & Viola Maxine Hughes. She had been a public transit bus driver prior to retirement. She has six children; daughters Jennifer Royster, Katherine Joseph, Anna Marie Joseph, Sheila Joseph, Sharon Joseph a son Jeffrey C. Joseph. Service plans are being made.
