Ruby Jean Craig, 84, died Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009 at RVMC. She was born Feb. 6, 1925 in Ohio. Her husband of 42 years, Wallace O. Craig, predeceased her in 1985. She is survived by her remaining sister, Joan Densham, of Michigan; daughters, Sandra Crombie, of Medford, Ore., Marlys Stroebele, of Central Point, Ore., Janice Craig, of Hayward, Calif.; sons, Jeff (Catherine) Craig, of Cordova, Alaska, Robin (Theresa) Craig, of Alderpoint, Calif., Rand Craig, of Rogue River, Ore; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Jean loved to fish, read voraciously and was a flower gardening enthusiast. She was well known (and appreciated) for her breads and desserts.
