Robert Breland

Robert Breland, 77, left us to be with God, family and friends on Friday Feb. 19, 2010. Bob was born Oct. 12, 1932 in Bastrop, LA. to Estus Monroe & Merle Elizabeth(Johnson) Breland, one of four sons and four daughters. He was a member of the U.S. Air Force and in 1947was assigned to the 62nd Supply Group at McCord AFB Tacoma, WA. Bob played & sang in some of the local night clubs, worked for Westland Health Insurance, Orkin Pest Control, Beekins Moving & Storage, Cooper Logging, Ragsdale Logging and a number of other businesses out of state. Dad is survived by brothers, Bernard and Leland, sisters, June, Patsy, and Helen. Four children, Virgina, Robert S. Gloria and Susan. 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 1/2 great great grandchildren and his friend and love of the past 14 years Carol. He was a very hard working perfectionist. Was liked by everyone that mattered and expected nothing but the best effort out of everyone he came in contact with. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. For those wishing to attend he will be laid to rest at Eagle Point National Cemetery, Eagle Point, OR. Friday Feb. 26 at 11:00 am. Hillcrest Memorial Park & Mortuary in care of arrangements.
