Richard Davis Fraser, age 85 years, passed Monday, Oct. 26, 2020 at his home. He was born Sept. 14, 1935 in Ls Angeles, CA to parents Edwin & Mary Fraser. He married Maria Elena(Gonzalez) Fraser who preceded him. He has two daughters; Renee Fraser of Medford, OR and Annette Fraser of Henderson, NV. He served honorably in the USAF. Richard will be laid to rest in Eagle Point National Veterans Cemetery, Eagle Point, OR. Services will be private.
