Orval P. Mose, 90, of Gold Hill, Ore., passed away Saturday, May 2, 2009 at his home. Orval was born Jan. 10, 1919 in Wallula, Wash., to Clyde and Lola (Moon) Mose. On March 17, 1946 in Central Point, Ore., He married Mary Esther Davis, she survives him. In addition to Esther, Orval is also survived by his son, Charlie Mose and his wife, Debbie; grandson, Chuck Mose; granddaughter, Bonnie L. Merriman; stepgranddaughter, Karen Grisso; stepgrandson, Michael Mahan; two nieces; one nephew; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 8, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Medford. Memorial contributions may be made to Providence Hospice or favorite charity of your choice.
