Lori Jacobsen died August 18, 2007 at Rogue Valley Medical Center, Medford, Ore.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on August 22, 2007 at Hope Christian Church in Central Point, Ore.. Officiating will be Pastor Aaron Deach and Everett Cade of Hope Christian Church.
Lori was born January 1, 1924 in Cleveland, Tenn., to parents Charles and Gertrude Cartwright, who then relocated to Central Point, Ore.
Lori first married Ralph Jacobsen and later remarried to Bill Hespenhide.
Lori retired from a phone company, was involved in insurance sales, and was a housewife. She loved her church activities, knitting, sewing, and line dancing. She was also a member of O.S.T.A.
Lori was preceded in death by both of her parents, Charles and Gertrude Cartwright, as well as both husbands, Ralph Jacobsen, and Bill Hespenhide.
She is survived by her son, Rev. David K. Jacobsen of Parma, Idaho, daughter, Deborah Drolette of Shady Cove, Ore., one half sister, Francis Williams, four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
