Lloyd Nikodym

February 12, 1929 — December 18, 2018

Lloyd Nikodym, 89, of Medford, OR passed Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2018. He was born Feb. 12, 1929 in Yankton, SD to parents Joseph E. & Matilda A. Nikodym. On Jan. 26, 1949 in Medford he married Helen J. Rutherford who survives. He has lived in the Medford & Phoenix area since 1939. He was a sheet metal worker for many years and member of the Local 16 union. Nick enjoyed metal art, hunting, fishing and jigsaw puzzles. He had been a volunteer with the Phoenix Fire Dept. Survivors in addition to Helen include a son Jerry(Sue) Nikodym, daughter Andrea(Jim) Maxwell and daughter in law Debi Nikodym, seven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren, a son Tom and son in law Terry Phillips predeceased him.

A Celebration of Life service is planned for 1:00PM, Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2019 at the New Life Church of the Nazarene, 1974 E. McAndrews Rd, Medford, OR 97504.
