Larry Joseph Whipple, age 80 years, passed peacefully at his home Friday, July 6, 2018. He was born May 11, 1938 in Des Moines, IA. to parents Joseph Virgil & Esther Lucille(Hardenburger) Whipple. He married Dianne Cheek who survives. Larry was a well known musician in the area playing with a few different groups and later mostly with Dianne. No services are planned.
