Joseph Ledesma Chavez, age 88 years, passed Saturday, May 19, 2018 in Medford, OR. He was born June 7, 1929 in Los Angeles, CA. to parents Jesus Chavez and Josephine Ledesma. He married Andrea J. Offutt who preceded. They have two daughters and a son. Funeral services will be held at 3:00PM Friday, June 1, 2018 at the Hillcrest Memorial Chapel, 2201 N. Phoenixx Rd, Medford, OR. A light reception will follow the service. He will be laid to rest beside Andrea in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
