Jacqueline Vivian Ruben, 76, of Medford, Ore., passed away Sunday March 17, 2013. Jacqueline was born July 11, 1936 in Des Moines, Iowa to John Phillip Winslow and Vivian Clarice Graeber. In 1955 she married Donald LeRoy Ruben who survives.
Prior to coming to Oregon Jacqueline had worked as an assistant for an oral surgeon in San Bernardino, Calif.
She enjoyed volunteering her time at Roosevelt Elementary School to help in the reading program.
She and Don attended the First Baptist Church. She enjoyed Bible study and helped in its teachings for many years.
Survivors include her loving husband, Donald; daughter, Kimberly Dawn Yahn, of San Diego, Calif.; two sons, Perry Ray Ruben, of Medford, Ore. and Randall Matthew Ruben, of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; and six grandchildren, Alisha, Kohleen, Brianna, Zachary, Kourtney, and Samantha.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2013 at the Hillcrest Memorial Chapel, 2201 N. Phoenix Rd., Medford, Ore.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
