Jacob Riley Perkins, 25, of Medford passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2010. Jake was born on April 11, 1985, in Medford, Or. to Randall D. Perkins and Marrita Anne Good. On September 15, 2007 he married Krystal Gosson, in Applegate, OR. Jake and Krystal have four children, daughter Lillianna Perkins, 6 yrs. old, twins Riley and Sierra Perkins, 4 yrs. old, and son, Weston Perkins, 18 mo. old. Jake enjoyed racing, cage carts, go carts, watching stock car racing, hunting, camping, the outdoors, dirt bikes and animals. Jake is survived by his wife, and children, father Randall Perkins of Medford, mother Marrita Trujillo of Portland, OR., sister Mandy Perkins of Eugene, OR., grandmother Rosie Michael, of Medford, OR. and grandfather Dennis Perkins, of Medford, OR. Jake will be missed by all who knew and loved him. A Memorial Service, will be held 12:00 pm, Thurs. September 9, 2010 at Hillcrest Memorial Park Chapel, Pastor Mark Dalton will be officiating.
