Jack David Johnson

Jack David Johnson, age 78, of Medford, Oregon passed Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012. Jack was born March 27, 1933 in Stanton, Iowa to Einer & Cairen Johnson. He came to Oregon at an early age. He was a logger locally for many years. Jack was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Ann Rugh. He is survived by sons Scott Irving of Applegate, OR. and Jerry Johnson of Jacksonville. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012 at Memory Gardens Chapel, 1395 Arnold Lane, Medford, OR. Graveside services will be 1:00PM Monday, Feb. 13, 2012. Memorial services will be Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012 at Mountain Christian Fellowship in Medford.
