Jack H. Gordon, 91, of Medford, OR, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2025, surrounded by his daughters. Born May 25, 1933 in Winterset, IA.
He was a proud Veteran, having served in the US Marine Corps during the Korean War.
Dad was hard working and dedicated himself to the logging industry since becoming a log truck driver in the early '70s. Working for FV Martin, Erickson, and most recently Croman; with whom he recently retired in his mid 80's.
In the rare times he was not at a job site, he enjoyed boating, being outside, puttering in his shop, and watching western shows, especially John Wayne. He was an animal lover, being a big supporter of the Humane Society, he had several dogs throughout the years that were always his best friend.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 40 years, Nancy A; children, Tracy, Linda, Rhonda, Dawn, Paul; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Pat, brother, J Dean. We miss him and his sense of humor dearly.
A memorial services will be held on Monday, February 3, 2025 at 12:30 PM at Memory Gardens, Medford. Internment following at Hillcrest Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Celia's House Hospice in Holmes Park.
