Frances Lucille Freeman, age 101 years, passed Thursday, Aug. 3, 2017 at Brookdale Assisted Living in Eagle Point, OR. She was born Dec. 10, 1915 in Burbank, CA to William Haines Radcliff and Anna Otellia Abrahamson. She married Lionel Roy Freeman who preceded her in 2005. She will be laid to rest beside Lionel in Eagle Point National Cemetery, Eagle Point, OR.
