Donald Foster Lindstrom

Donald F. Lindstrom, 84, of Central Point, Ore., passed away Sunday, April 12, 2009, in Medford, Ore. Donald was born Sept. 8, 1924, in Potlatch, Idaho, to Angus P. Lindstrom and Billie Rae Foster Lindstrom. He lived in the Rogue Valley from 1947 to 2009 in Central Point. He married his wife, Pauline Lindstrom, on March 9, 1947 in Medford, Ore. She preceded him in death in 2006. Donald worked as a mill worker. He served in the U.S. Navy/Marines, as a Seabee, in the South Pacific during WWII. In his freetime he enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood crafting; he carved various birds and made bird houses. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Medford.
