Debra Ann Tosh
Debra (Debbie) Ann Tosh, 53, was born in Milwaukee, Wi., on June 18th, 1955, to Fritz and Marlyne Williams. She entered into eternal life on Tuesday, July 22nd, at her home in Phoenix, Ore.
She was a 1973 graduate of Crater High School and continued her education at Southern Oregon State College. In 1975 she married Ric Tosh with whom she had two daughters. In 1977 they moved to the Portland, Ore. area where she lived until her return to the Rogue Valley last year.
Debbie had been employed as a bartender and waitress at the Golden Crown Restaurant in Beaverton, Ore. for about twelve years. Most recently she volunteered in the food pantry at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Central Point, Ore. Debbie lived her life to the fullest and was always ready for fun. She enjoyed playing games, viewing sports and singing karaoke with her wide circle of family and friends.
She is survived by her daughters, Kim Garrett and Melissa Tosh, both of Beaverton, Ore; along with her grandchildren, Kesia, Shylah, Harrison, Blake and Molly. Also, Surviving are her sister, Chris Danielson, of Phoenix, Ore.; and her brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Kitty Williams of Eugene; and three nieces and two nephews. Her parents and sister Gail Poirer, preceeded her in death.
A celebration of life is planned at the Golden Crown Restaurant in Beaverton, Ore., on Friday, August 1st. Plans for a local memoral service will be announced at a future date.
