David Lewis Gustafson

David Lewis Gustafson, age 73, of Ashland Oregon, passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2012. He was born February 27, 1939 in Topeka, Kansas to Charles M. and Isabella (Reynolds) Gustafson. He grew up in Wichita Falls, TX. In 1964 in Las Vegas, NV., he married Danna L. Gustafson who survives. They resided in the Bay Area of CA., for 30 years prior to coming to the Rogue Valley in 1994. He served honorably in the National Guard. He was an AT&T Technician for 30 years. He and Danna were members of the Foundation of Human Understanding of Grants Pass, Oregon. He was active in Republican politics. He enjoyed sailing and bird watching. Survivors in addition to Danna, include two daughters; D. Lori (Brian) Johnson of West Linn, OR. and Davina L. de Aelfweald of Portland, OR. Memorial contributions are suggested to Foundation of Human Understanding, PO Box 1000, Grants Pass, OR. 97528.
