Charles Darren Stearns

Charles Darren Stearns, 49, of Eagle Point, Oregon passed Friday, August 19, 2011. He was born Nov. 1, 1961 in San Jose, CA. to Charles Frances and Leeta Lorene(Longstreth) Stearns. Darren had been in the Rogue Valley the past year coming here from Sacramento, CA. He was an excellent cook and a chef by trade. He had worked in the Lake Tahoe area in some finer restaurants like Caesers Palace and Harrahs. Darren enjoyed extreme skiing and bicycling. He was known by family and friends as "Bicycle Darren". He is survived by his father Charles F. Stearns of Medford, OR., mother Leeta L. Stearns of Sacramento, CA., two brothers Jeff Stearns of Eagle Point, OR., Dave Stearns of Sacramento, CA., two sisters Jenni Stearns of Sacramento, CA., and Carri Stearns of Maui, HI.
