Sandra Bailey, 74, of Medford, Ore., passed away Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009 at her home. A private celebration of life will be held at the VA National Cemetery, Eagle Point. She lived in the Rogue Valley for 12 years, she had relocated from Vacaville, Calif. Sandra married Thomas H. Bailey on Aug. 2, 1958 in Oakland, Calif., he preceded her in death in 2003. Sandra worked as a resident coordinator/therapy dog certifier. She had a bachelor in education that she received from San Jose State. In her free time Sandra enjoyed Quilting, dog training and Bunco. Sandra is survived by her daughters, Laura L. Kershner and Diana L. Garrett, both of Medford, Ore. and Patti Connolly, of Springfield, Ore.; sisters, Paula Clark and Kari Rosenfeld, both of Eugene; brother, David Brazelton; and four grandchildren, Kayla M.
